Understanding Your Consultation at ELYSARA

At ELYSARA, we take a personalized, whole-body approach to endometriosis care—because your experience is unique, and your care should be too.

Our consultations are cash-based, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. This allows us to spend more time with you, dive deeper into your symptoms, and create a truly customized plan—without the limitations often placed by insurance companies.

 

What does that mean for you?
You’ll receive a comprehensive, unrushed visit focused entirely on understanding your story, your symptoms, and your goals.

You can come to our office, or we can do a tele-consult visit by phone, face-time or Zoom.

 

Can I still use my insurance?

Yes—many of our patients do!

After your visit, we’ll provide you with a detailed, properly coded invoice (superbill) that includes the appropriate (insurance company computer talk) ICD-10 and CPT codes. You can submit this to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

✔️ Some apply visits toward deductibles or HSA/FSA accounts - 
✔️ Coverage varies by plan—but we make it easy for you to try
